Well… my hubby has been experimenting. Last weekend I asked him to make burgers. He is great with the grill, and they sounded just amazing. However, he has a couple of different recipes he switches between, and I asked him to try something new.
After searching through my pinterest at what different kinds of burgers I already had pinned, he decided that he was just going to make something completely new. He very proudly told me that I could use it in my new cookbook project. The problem is… I’m not sure what to call it! He seasoned his meat with onion, mesquite seasoning, and Dr. Pepper, then topped his creation with thick-cut bacon, pineapple, caramelized onions, and Mexican style cheese. What do you think I should call it?

“I’m an absolute connoisseur of cheeseburgers and like to think that I can detect even mere percentages of shift in fat content in ground meat in a burger and can actually name the temperature to which it was actually cooked to the degree if I’m, you know, really on my game.” -Alton Brown
