Now I know people don’t crop up into my images too often. I learned to shoot by taking landscapes in Alaska… so maybe it is just a habit I formed a long time ago. However, this picture from Thailand was stronger because of the person in it.
Just on a whim while taking pictures at the beach, I started a series of images of my husband playing around while the tide came in. I particularly liked this one because while was giving me a strong, powerful looking pose, I got the perfect time for a wave to crash around him. It reminds me a little of a mythology kind of picture. Maybe there is a little Poseidon in him after all. 🙂
