Old World

One of my favorite things about living in Bavaria is all of the cute, quaint little German towns. Many of them have been around for hundreds of years, and the architecture reflects that. It is rich in culture, and beautiful. Many times, they are colorful and vibrant.

This picture is from the town that I live in. It is actually the top of a restaurant that specializes in German food, if I remember correctly.  It was from last spring, when the weather was beautiful, and everyone seemed to want to be outside. It is a feeling I miss right now in this cold winter weather!
